Other Details to Note
Rockaway Beach is a small quite town with a very interesting history that’s currently undergoing revitalization. Lake Taneycomo is a great fishing lake but not great for swimming due to the cold temperatures. Please note we have no control over the weather Sometimes the lake is beautiful & full other times it’s mossy. Parking, Laundry Room sidewalk are shared. Quiet hours: 11pm- 7 AM. Please be respectful of the other guests staying directly above you. This is a residential area so no parties, loud music, or unregistered guests. No smoking in the house. $100 fine if smoke or marijuana is detected in the house. Pets must be supervised. Please keep them off Furniture and in kennel when not home. Please Pick up after your pets.
