Rockaway Beach is a small quite town with a very interesting history that’s currently undergoing revitalization. Lake Taneycomo is a great fishing lake but not great for swimming due to the cold temperatures. Please note we have no control over the weather Sometimes the lake is beautiful & full other times it’s mossy. Parking, Laundry Room sidewalk are shared. This is a residential area. Parties, loud music, and unregistered guests are not permitted. No smoking of any kind inside the home. A $100 fine will be charged if smoke or marijuana is detected indoors. Pets must be supervised at all times. Please keep pets off the furniture, place them in a kennel when you are not home, and clean up after them. You will have access to your own private unit. There is a separate apartment located above this unit. There is a laundry room on site that is also shared and includes a coin-operated washer and free dryers.
